I have watched you in wonder as you face each new obstacle with courage and faith. You have abeen such a witness to so many. I just returned from Hanbury Home in Jamaica and the Major said to tell you he has been praying for you ever since I told him several months ago of your diagnosis. He said he would love to see you and Andrew again....and sends his love to you along with the children of Hanbury. God is not yet finished with your ministry here on earth....and you my friend are a true testimony to his love for His children! Ann……How awesome our God is! While traveling, I saw a sign that read, "FAITH IS MORE THAN BELIEVING GOD CAN, IT IS BELIEVING GOD WILL!" I love that because it has only been a little over a year that I stopped praying, " I know you can Lord." Through you ,and my friend, Mike Shore, God has taught me to pray, "I know you WILL Lord." It certainly reinforces the scripture that says, "FAITH IS BEING SURE OF WHAT WE ARE HOPING FOR & CERTAIN OF THE THINGS WE CANNOT SEE WITH HUMAN EYES." Our Vacation Bible School started at church last evening. The children are learning about the miracles of Jesus. I thank God that one day in the near future we will not only be able to read to them of the miracles in the Bible, but have people like Ann Moore & Mike Shore get up and share their personal experience with miracles! I wonder though if you might be moved to write about how god works to save some and bring relief to some - but does not appear to bring that to others - good people - who led good family lives. Why is it that you can see god's ways in your life and yet - god seemed not to grace the people in my life (and many others) with the same? This is something that really puzzles me and I would be very interested in knowing your thoughts. I am truly happy for you Ann – as I have been following your story for some time now.
